VIDEO: Dear students, we miss you. Love, the HHS staff
Last week, the staff put together a collection of photos – most taken from home – to create a special message for HHS students. Individual photos, featuring teachers, administration and office staff, each feature one word in a several-sentence message for students.
The message reads: “Homestead students, we love and miss you every day. It has been very challenging for all of us to adjust to this new learning format. However, we are very proud of you all for persevering through these trying times. This experience has shown us the true spirit of what it means to be a Mustang. We look forward to seeing you all in person again soon. Until we can be together as a community, please remember that we are sending you a big hug and we can’t wait to see you again, soon. Stay strong and healthy, Homestead!”
Along with the photo grid, the staff put the images together in a video (see below), with the song “Memories” by Maroon 5 playing in the background.
